Route 150

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $1,250,000 shall be expended for the design and reconstruction with streetscape of Route 150 historic gateway on Market Street to Main Street in the city of Amesbury.”
