Amendment #140 to H3860

Traffic light fixture at Route 44 and Route 118 in Rehoboth

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-3217, by inserting in line 200, after the words "New Bedford;" the following:-

"provided further, that $2,000,000 shall be expended for the study, design, and construction as dated for the traffic light fixture at Route 44 (Winthrop Street) and Route 118 (Bay State Road) in the town of Rehoboth;".
