Powow River Rail Trail

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $1,800,000 shall be expended for the Powow River Rail Trail link from Rocky Hill Road to Elm Street in the city of Amesbury.”
