Ghost Rail Trail

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for the Route 95 Ghost Rail Trail Route 95 underpass connector from Rabbit Road in the town of Salisbury to Elm Street in the city of Amesbury.”
