Relative to RMV modernization

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 277 after the word "$63,000,000" the following words:-

Provided further, that the Registry of Motor Vehicles Division shall obtain an assessment for independent verification and validation (IV&V) and independent project management oversight for the RMV modernization & improvement program under chapter 6C of the General Law.......................................................................$6,000,000
