Restoring chapter 90 funds to cities and towns

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section: -

“Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the entire appropriation of $300M for the Chapter 90 Program in line item (6122-1223) authorized by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2013 shall be released by the Governor no later than April 30, 2014.”.
