Signalization-- Route 16 and Hartford Avenue West in Mendon

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, in line 63, by inserting after "Newton," the following:-- "provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended for the planning and installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of state highway route 16 and Hartford avenue west in the town of Mendon."
