Amendment #4 to H3860

Advancement of the I-495/290 Interchange

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2A, by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to advance the permitting and design of the Reconstruction of I-290 and I-495 Interchange and Bridge Replacement in the Town of Hudson and City of Marlborough”; and in said item by striking out the figures "2,978,603,273" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,983,603,273".
