Amendment #6 to H3860

Transfer Paul X. Tivnan Drive back to the Commonwealth

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XX: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Paul X. Tivnan Drive located in the towns of Boylston and West Boylston shall be placed under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts department of highway for continued maintenance and upkeep.
