Amendment #70 to H3860

An Amendment Relative to Safety Improvements at the Tobey Garden Street / Route 3A Intersection

Mr.  Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by inserting after “Bedford” in line 200 the following:-

“and provided further, that $400,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of safety improvements to the Route 3A / Tobey Garden Street intersection in the town of Duxbury”;

and moves to further amend the bill in said section and item by striking out the figure “$2,978,603,273” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,979,003,273”.
