Amendment #8 to H3860

Route 113

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that  not less than $4,500,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of “complete streets" improvements on Route 113 from High Street to Daniel Lucy Drive in the city of New Newburyport.”
