Clipper City Rail Trail

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that no less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for Clipper City Rail Trail Phase III link design and construction from Parker Street to the Newburyport MBTA Station in the city of Newburyport.”
