Amendment #90 to H3860

An Act Relative to Route 97 in Topsfield

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by inserting in line 35, after the word “Hull;” the following:-

“provided further that $950,000 shall be expended  to complete the resurfacing and related work required to install a new surface wearing course of asphalt pavement on Route 97 in Topsfield;”.
