Mr. Kaufman of Lexington moves to amend the bill in Section 25, by striking the words “and 2 representatives appointed by the governor from a list of 5 nominees submitted by the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies,” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“1 representative appointed by the governor from a list of 3 nominees submitted by the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies, and 1 representative appointed by the governor from a list of 3 nominees submitted by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council”
