Amendment #17 to H3899

Child Care Center

Representatives Malia of Boston and Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2A, by adding in line 113 after line item 5095-1016 the following new line item: -

“xxxx-xxxx.  For the Shattuck Child Care Center, Inc. to purchase a modular child care facility and for site work necessary to locate said facility on the grounds of the Lemeul Shattuck Hospital no later than June 30, 2015; provided, that the Shattuck Child Care Center will reserve a portion of the slots in the new modular child care facility for employees of the MBTA’s Forest Hills Facility……….$500,000”
