Amendment #19 to H3899

An Act Relative to Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital Fund and Small Business Capital Access Program

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2A in item 7007-0210, by striking out the figure "10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "5,000,000"

and further amend by adding to the end of Section 2A the following item:- 1599- XXXX for a reserve to be administered by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development in cooperation with the Massachusetts Business Development Corporation, an amount not less than $2,500,000 shall be made available for the Massachusetts Small Business Capital Access Program pursuant to section 57 of chapter 23A of the General Laws …..$2,500,000

and further amend by adding to the end of Section 2A the following item:- 1599- XXXX for a reserve to be administered by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development in cooperation with the Massachusetts Business Development Corporation, an amount not less than $2,500,000 shall be made available for the Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital Fund pursuant to Section 60 of Chapter 23A of the General Laws…..$2,500,000
