An Act Relative to Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital Fund

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by adding to the end of Section 2A the following item:- 1599- XXXX for a reserve to be administered by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development in cooperation with the Massachusetts Business Development Corporation, an amount not less than $5,000,000 shall be made available for the Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital Fund pursuant to Section 60 of Chapter 23A of the General Laws…..$5,000,000
