Amendment #27 to H3899

Division of Banks Assessment

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX.  Section 2 of chapter 167 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “banks”, in lines 64 and 85, in each instance, the following words:- in combination with the assessment against all electronic branches pursuant to section 24 of chapter 167B.
