Amendment #45 to H3899

Funding for computers for the Worcester DA office

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

Section XX: Section 2 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby further amended in item 0340-0400, by inserting the following ”and, provided further, that no less than $46,722 be expended on upgrades to extend the life of the computer systems at the Worcester County District Attorney’s office”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$9,679,083” and inserting in the place thereof the figures “$9,725,805.”
