Amendment #72 to H3899

Northern Tier RTC IT Upgrades

Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

“SECTION XX. Item 7008-0900 of section 2 of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by adding the following:- ; provided further, that $40,000 shall be expended for one-time grants to the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the Hampshire County Tourism & Visitors Bureau, the Johnny Appleseed Trail Association and the Mohawk Trail Association for improvements to their websites and information technology systems; and provided further, that $10,000 shall be expended for a grant to the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce for improvements to tourism websites and information technology systems serving the North Quabbin region.

SECTION XY. Said item 7008-0900 of said section 2 of said chapter 38 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$13,644,651” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $13,694,651.”
