Amendment #73 to H3899

North Quabbin Tourism Signage

Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill by adding the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION XX. Item 1595-6368 of section 2E of chapter 38 of the acts of 2013 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “July 1, 2014” the following words:- , provided, further that not less than $20,000 shall be expended, in collaboration with local officials, for the purchase, post fabrication and installation of signs along Routes 2 and 2A for Riverfront Park, the Official Peace Statue of the commonwealth and the Orange Community Boathouse, all located in the town of Orange and the Alan E. Rich Environmental Park, located in the town of Athol.

SECTION XY. Said item 1595-6368 of said section 2E of said chapter 38 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$238,462,444” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $238,482,444.”
