To study the effects of construction codes on public safety in the Commonwealth

Mr. Walsh of Framingham moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“8315-10XX  For the purpose of studying the potential effects of construction codes, professional licensure, variances and inspectional services on public safety and economic development in the Commonwealth…………..$10,000”
