Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-2022, in line 49, by inserting after the word “Boston” the following: “provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the modernization of the emergency department and outpatient facilities at Athol Hospital”
