North Quabbin Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility

Ms. Andrews of Orange moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-2022, in line 49, by inserting after the word “Boston” the following: “provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the purchase and renovation of a mental health and drug and alcohol rehabiliation facility to serve the North Quabbin region and North Central Massachusetts”
