Amendment #16 to H3920

Amendment relative to a construction project at the Berkshire County House of Corrections

Representatives Mark of Peru, Cariddi of North Adams, Pignatelli of Lenox and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1102-2009, by inserting the following language after the word "courthouse":

“provided further, that $2,500,000 shall be expended for the engineering, design and construction of a residential step down facility at the Berkshire County House of Corrections,"
