Amendment #19 to H3920

Amendment relative to the North Shore Technical High School

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

"SECTION X. Section 13 of Chapter 463 of the Acts of 2004 as amended by Chapter 110 of the Acts of 2010 is hereby amended by adding the following after the first sentence:- "This section shall take effect on July 1, 2015."; and by adding before the second sentence:- "Section 13A."

And in Section 18 of Chapter 463 of the Acts of 2004 as amended by Chapter 110 of the Acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking the number "13"."
