West Boylston Library Technology Upgrades

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1100-3003, by inserting the following language:

“provided further, that no less than $40,000 be spend the upgrade the technology at the West Boylston Public Library”
