Amendment #21 to H3920

Zoo New England Amendment

Representatives Kafka of Stoughton, Galvin of Canton and Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line 124, by adding the following item:

"Commonwealth Zoological Corporation

7007-0952 For the construction and maintenance of buildings operated by the Commonwealth Zoological Corporation, established under Chapter 92B of the General Laws; provided, that not more than $4,000,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of a comprehensive and cohesive renovation of the Children’s Zoo and greeting/entrance area of Franklin Park Zoo; provided further, that not more than $4,000,000 shall be expended on deferred maintenance projects of the buildings and grounds of the Franklin Park Zoo; provided further, that not more than $4,000,000 shall be expended on deferred maintenance projects of the buildings and grounds of the Stone Zoo......................... $12,000,000"
