Cap on UI Dependency Allowance

Representatives Decker of Cambridge and Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill by inserting the following:

Section 29(c) of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 53, the word “fifty,” and inserting in place thereof, the word “one hundred.”
