An Act to promote unemployment fairness

Mrs. Orrall of Lakeville moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following sections:-

“Section X. Section 9 of Chapter 151A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following; and employers cannot be charged more or less specifically for their employee's employment status at another employer.”.
