Retail Premium Pay on Sunday: Threshold Increase

Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

SECTION XX: Chapter 136 is hereby amended by striking out in section 6, in clause 50, the words “which employs more than a total of seven persons” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“which employs more than a total of fifty persons”

SECTION XX: Chapter 136 is hereby amended by striking out in section 6, in clause 52, the words “which employ more than a total of seven persons” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“which employ more than a total of fifty persons”
