Earned Income Tax Credit

Mrs. Orrall of Lakeville moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following sections:

"Section A. Section 6(h) of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in sections 37, 38 and 39, the figure “15” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 30.

Section B. Section A shall take effect on September 1, 2014.".
