Review mandates every five years instead of twelve

Representatives Mirra of West Newbury, Diehl of Whitman, O'Connell of Taunton, Cole of Peabody and Dooley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:- "SECTION XX: Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "5".
