Tax Credit for Teen Employees

Mrs. Orrall of Lakeville moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

"Section A. Section 6(b) of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding:- any owner of a business located in the commonwealth, shall be allowed a credit equal to fifteen per cent of the net expenditure for employing a worker under the age of 18.

Section B. Section A shall take effect on September 1, 2014.".
