Representatives Donahue of Worcester, Sciortino of Medford, Keefe of Worcester, Provost of Somerville, O'Day of West Boylston, Gordon of Bedford, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Livingstone of Boston, Hecht of Watertown and Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 57, after Section 29D (b)(8) the following:-

(9) Certification by the employer that it has shared the plan with all affected workers, has obtained the written approval by the collective bargaining agent for each collective bargaining agreement for each affected unit, and where there is no collective bargaining agent provided a 7 day comment period prior to the submission of the plan to the state agency.
