Ensuring Tipped Employees Continue to Receive Tips:

Representatives Diehl of Whitman, O'Connell of Taunton and Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by striking Section 37, Section 38 and Section 39 in their entirety;

and,by striking out, in line 683, the figure “37”; and,

by striking out, in line 687, the figure “38”; and,

by striking out, in line 688, the figure “39”.
