Exempting small employers from the minimum wage increases

Mr. Diehl of Whitman moves to amend the bill by inserting after SECTION 33 the following Section:-

“SECTION 33A. Sections 31 to 33, inclusive, shall not apply to businesses entities that employ10 people or fewer”.
