Delayed Minimum Wage Increase for Municipalities and State Agencies

Representatives deMacedo of Plymouth, Jones of North Reading, Peterson of Grafton, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Frost of Auburn, Howitt of Seekonk and Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill Mr. deMacedo of Plymouth moves to amend the bill inserting the following section:-

SECTION 84. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the provisions of section 31 shall apply to municipalities beginning October 1, 2014.
