State Agencies Inclusion in Study on the Underground Economy

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Peterson of Grafton, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, deMacedo of Plymouth, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Frost of Auburn, Howitt of Seekonk and Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill by inserting in section 23, in line 72, after the word “owners” the following phrase:- , state government, the legislature and any political subdivision thereof including municipal governments,

; and further, by inserting in section 23, in line 75 after the word “individual” the following phrase:- , state government, the legislature and any political subdivision thereof including municipal governments,

; and further by inserting in section 23, in line 103, after the word “with” the following phrase:- , state government, the legislature and any political subdivision thereof including municipal governments,.
