Representatives Peake of Provincetown and Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill in Section 55, by inserting, in line 419, after the word "repay" the following new paragraph:

Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, businesses with annual gross sales less than $1,000,000 shall not be subject to this section.
