Experience Rate Table for Seasonal

Representatives Peake of Provincetown and Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 49 the following new section:

Section 50.  Notwithstanding the above paragraph and table, any business that is based in and operated in a county where the unemployment rate fluxates 20% or more within a calendar year shall be subject to the experience rate table in subsection (i) of section 14 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition.
