Amendment #9 to H3983

Rate Notification No Later Than January 31st

Representatives Peake of Provincetown and Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. The Department of Unemployment Insurance must notify all employers of the experience rate no later than January 31st of each calendar year.
