Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new outside section:

Section XXX.  Section 286 of chapter 224 of the acts of 2012, is hereby further amended by striking out “2017” and inserting in place thereof the following, “2022.”
