Small Business Loans Matched by city of Lowell

Representatives Golden of Lowell and Nangle of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7007-0800 the following item:

“7007-0801 For low-interest loans to be distributed by the Department of Planning and Development in the city of Lowell to enhance small businesses alongside major corridors in and out of the city of Lowell for continued economic prosperity, said money must be matched by the city of Lowell.........................................................................$200,000”
