Amendment #1040 to H4000

Advanced Manufacturing Futures Program

Representatives Fernandes of Milford, DiZoglio of Methuen, Moran of Lawrence, Kocot of Northampton, Garlick of Needham, Andrews of Orange, Gobi of Spencer, Kuros of Uxbridge, Schmid of Westport, Roy of Franklin, Keefe of Worcester, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, O'Day of West Boylston and Smola of Warren move that the bill be amended in section 2, by adding the following item:

“7002-0022   For the operation of the advanced manufacturing futures program established in section 45 of chapter 23G of the General Laws; provided, that the comptroller shall transfer fifty per cent of funds appropriated to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for the support of the advanced manufacturing futures program within thirty days of the agency’s request and shall transfer the remaining fifty per cent of funds upon receipt of revenue……$9,000,000”
