DEP Hazardous Waste Clean-Up

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Benson of Lunenburg, Andrews of Orange, Cariddi of North Adams, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Schmid of Westport and Smizik of Brookline move to amend House Bill 4000, in section 2, in item 2260-8870, by striking out the figures, “$13,944,080.” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$16,525,923”.
