Relative to Taunton State Hospital

Mrs. O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5095-0015, in line 29, by striking out the following: "45" and inserting in place thereof the following: "80”, and in line 31 by adding the following: ";provided further that specialized inpatient units may be created to serve patients."
