Amendment #1084 to H4000

Wellesley Route 9 and Weston Road Mitigation Work

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in Section 2E, in item 1595-6368, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design, construction, and any other associated costs for traffic mitigation work along route 9 and Weston road attributable to the development of 900 Worcester street in the town of Wellesley.”
