Representatives Fennell of Lynn, Gobi of Spencer, Keenan of Salem, Honan of Boston and Michlewitz of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7008-0900 by adding the following: “provided further, that no less than $90,000 shall be expended for the Russian Community Association of Massachusetts Inc. ”
