Amendment #1123 to H4000

An Amendment Encouraging Business Growth

Representatives Kuros of Uxbridge and O'Connell of Taunton move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XXXX: Section 12 of chapter 156C of theGeneral Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(d) The fee for the filing of thecertificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall be one hundredtwenty-five dollars. The fee for the filing of the annual report required bysubsection (c) shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars. Such fees shall bepaid to the state secretary at the time the certificate of organization or theannual report is filed.”
